About Rooted Wines
Rooted Wines is a female-founded company bringing expert-led wine tastings to offices, events and celebrations across London. We make wine approachable, interactive and genuinely fun — pouring everything from familiar classics to rare wines from some of the world's oldest winemaking regions.
Our Story
Rooted Wines began with a shared passion for wine, discovery and the stories behind every bottle. Our co-founders, Daria and Svitlana, first met on a wine tour, where their shared curiosity and love for exploring different wine regions brought them together.
What started as a shared interest soon grew into an idea: to bring their passion for wine to London and create tastings that feel knowledgeable, engaging and approachable.
With Daria’s professional wine expertise and Svitlana’s passion for wine and culture, Rooted Wines was created to introduce guests to both celebrated wine regions and lesser-known discoveries. From the classics of France, Italy, Spain and Britain to the ancient winemaking traditions of Armenia and Georgia, every tasting is an opportunity to discover something new.
Today, Rooted Wines brings these wines, stories and traditions to people across London, from those taking their first steps into the world of wine to lifelong enthusiasts.
A Female-Founded Team
We’re proudly female-founded, and every tasting is led by a genuine wine expert. Our host, Daria, holds WSET3, FWS, IWS, SWS, and Capstone California, and personally knows many of the winemakers behind the bottles we pour, so the stories you hear are real, not scripted. What We Do
We offer private and corporate wine tastings in London and across England, hosted directly at your office or chosen venue. Each experience is interactive, hands-on and led by a wine expert — a perfect fit for corporate events, team celebrations and private gatherings. We bring everything with us, so there's nothing for you to organise beyond the date.
Beyond our tastings, we also organise expert-led wine tours to Armenia and Georgia, taking guests closer to the ancient winemaking traditions, wineries, people and cultures behind the wines we love.

The Wines We're Passionate AbouT
We pour a mix of Old World classics from France, Italy and Spain alongside genuinely rare wines from Armenia and Georgia — two of the oldest winemaking countries on earth, where wine has been made for over 6,000 years.
From the Areni Noir of Armenia's Vayots Dzor to bold Georgian Saperavi made in traditional clay qvevri buried underground, these are wines with real history and character.

Our Mission
We believe wine should feel fun, not like a test. Our mission is to make wine approachable and unintimidating — helping people discover the styles that genuinely speak to them, shining a light on exceptional bottles from both classic and hidden corners of the world, and bringing teams and friends together over a glass they'll remember.
