About Armenia & georgia
Armenia is considered by many to be the birthplace of winemaking, steeped in tradition and history that dates back millennia.
With a plethora of native varieties, containing some of the world’s oldest and genetically diverse known and unknown grapes, this area can be considered the “Garden of Eden” of world wine culture.
Georgia continues that ancient lineage with an unbroken 8,000-year tradition, best known for qvevri winemaking in buried clay vessels. With hundreds of native grapes, led by Saperavi and Rkatsiteli, Georgia stands out for its powerful reds and skin-contact amber wines that feel unmistakably ancient yet newly fashionable.
We invite you to join our fascinating adventure to Armenia and Georgia. You will meet the cradles of winemaking, experience the best Armenian and Georgian wines and local cuisine, learn about the centuries-old culture of the countries, and enjoy scenic views.
